Personal Assistant Cum Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To coordinate and delegate work as directed to enable the  Director / Group General Manager to lead, develop and execute the Company's business plan and activities effectively and efficiently.
  • To follow up and interact with Company Managers/ Heads of Department on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.
  • Manage the process of calling for briefing on behalf of Director / Group General Manager to ensure he/she is prepared for all engagements.
  • Dealing with correspondences, writing letters, daily incoming e-mail, faxes and posting of outgoing mail.
  • Assist Director / Group General Manager  to prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and materials for presentations in meetings.
  • Filter general information, queries and phone calls.
  • To handle customer services and related tasks.
  • Coordinate appointment, meeting, conferences and maintain Director / Group General Manager's calendar.
  • Attend meeting with Director / Group General Manager, minute issues arising and follow up on behalf of the Director / Group General Manager.
  • Assist to review on agreement and contract.
  • Any other assignments as and when required.
Requirements : 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Works require willingness to work on a flexible schedule and travel for important meetings / assignments together with Director / Group General Manager or alone.
  • Duties required professional verbal and written communications. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Words and Power Point.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels.
  • Specialize in legal services will be advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Skudai, Johor Bahru.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
