HRA Executive / Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, performance appraisal, recruitment, staff welfare and training activities.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in leave system.
  • Liaise with relevant agencies for insurance and medical claims.
  • Prepare memo, letters, or meeting minutes and other important correspondences as directed.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies in the application and renewal of business licenses.
  • Responsible for company's agreements related issues, including monitor the agreement due date, liaise with owners, prepare and review agreement and stamping.
  • Handle and manage hostel related issues.
  • Responsible for company's function and event arrangement.
 
Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Payroll, Recruitment, Foreign Workers, Hostel, Tenancy Agreement, Licensing.
  • Able to work in company to produce non-halal products.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai, Johor.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available. 1 positon for HRA Clerk and 1 position for HRA Executive.
  • 5 working days.
  • Training will be provided.
