HRA Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
  • To lead and manage the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Administrative functions.
  • To analyze, review and further develop the HR and Admin policies, procedures and practices which to be implemented and executed in a professional manner and in compliance to the current market practice and in line with the Group and Company’s goals, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee welfare administration and payroll.
  • Handling and advises Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, terminations and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labour laws and Immigration foreign workers matter.
  • Liaise with the agent on foreign worker issue, including new quota application, biodata selection, workers arrival and Immigration issues.
  • Monthly update group insurance list and coordinate for yearly renewal with the insurance company.
  • Manage monthly payroll preparation, processing and supervise payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and monitor tenancy agreements.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR and Admin as required by the Management.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Able to generate innovative solutions to grass root human resource problems.
  • Able to handle people from different levels with good presentation skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in using Time Flex and Pay Flex.
  • Well versed in Malaysian labour laws such as Employment Act, Industrial Act.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
